People! People: anyway whether they are active and looking for progress, or just absolutely narrow-minded and caring only about themselves. It motivates me to recognise how we can improve our planet. For this it is great to see the ideas, the power and the credos of the active ones. But to analyse how to change the world with the help of couch potatoes is at least as inspiring. ( read more)

I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world. The prospect of travel inspires me, as do children, especially children that are already survivors in one way or another. ( read more)

I belong to the Sindh [culture], which is made up of a community of loving and caring people. Actually, it was in my Sindh village where an older man first inspired me. He was known [in my village] for helping others without asking for anything in return. One day I asked this man, “why do you help others without asking to be compensated”?
